what exactly needs to be in place for the pre reg visit?
I will have all my policies and procedures, risk assessments, have done my safeguarding and first aid, and also food hygeine
and will finish Cypop5 in December (fingers crossed)

I was wondering, if for the pre reg visit my car and home insurance needs up dating, and if I will need my childminding insurance NCMA membership etc then or when I start minding.

I have had so much misinformation on my course, I am just trying to get my head around it so I dont make any mistakes.
Right now I feel like this :panic:

Hi, Im in Scotland so completely different:rolleyes:

Sounds like you are organised though.

its your choice if you want to join NCMA so you wont need that for pre reg

First time i got reg i had to have PLI before got reg, this time around i got reg first then got PLI just before my first mindees started:rolleyes:

Inspector just checked I knew to sort out home and car insurance so didnt need this for pre reg

Im sure someone not Scottish will be along to confirm - but what i will say is that there seems to be no consistency anywhere:D

Good luck
