phil and i usually do it (we have booked the week after next to do it) but we are jiggered and with my chest i am reluctant to spend a week in sawdust.
well.....he came at 9 with his "lad" and they spent over 5 hours here sanding and then put three coats of varnish on. i have chosen the stuff they use in sports halls which is non slip.
very little sawdust.....just the same amount as a piece of wood sawn in half....so very little compared to us doing it.

but when you say it quickly its not that much....:thumbsup:
and because i couldnt stay in the house with all the fumes he HAD TO TAKE ME to ikea where i bought some more stuff.
cant wait for monday when mindees come and see the floor.
