student finance?

can anyone tell me how this will be paid please?
is it direct to childminder or does it come from the parent?

If its the student nurse help i got when training to be a nurse , it was paid to me than i paid the childminder. hope it helps :)

Student finance pays direct to the student who them manages their own money

However they can get really behind at the start of the academic year
