Permission form for car?

I have just realised that I dont have a permission form signed by parents for taking the children out in the car.

When I first started minding, I didnt have business insurance and also wasnt bothered about using the car but I have just re-newed my insurance and included business use and also just had 2 new car seats delivered today.

Do I need a permission form to take the children in it? I do have an outings permission form but there is no mention of the car on it.

If so, does anyone have one I could have a look at please? Its getting late and I need it for tomorrow for when these mums visit!

My outings permission -

I give permission for xx to –
• Take my child on outings and activities eg park, toddler groups, picnics, to and from Nursery or School etc at any time, with or without my prior knowledge and to be transported in any manner deemed suitable by xx which is insured for business use, with appropriate car seats and seat belts, pushchair, bus, taxi, train, walking with or without reins – to and from these outings, so long as my child is accompanied by xx.

I have got
I give permission for ____________ to go out in Wendys car.
Nothin special but it was good with ofsted last week!!!!

My permission is similar to Sarahs -

I give permission for Pipsqueak to transport the children in any vehicle deemed suitable by her ie - taxi, bus, coach, train, car using the appropriate restraints/seats where possible

or something similar.

It you have something like that it broadens your scope in case you need to use an alternative vehicle or going in a friends car....
