Morning,

3yrs ago I got a good from Ofsted which I was really pleased with, I believe I have improved a lot in 3 years and although I don't expect an outstanding I am secret hoping (like we all do) that I will get one as I have worked my ass off, believe in what I do and always strive to be better.
3 yrs ago EYFS had only just come in and I was only just starting out and I was in Limbo between Birth to 3.

I have filled out my SEF but if I rate myself Good is this all I wil get? In order to be Outstanding do I have to believe I am?? To start with I put outstanding down but I don't want to be totally grilled to death and then be dissapointed when the inspector says differently. I also don't like blowing my own trumpet...:D

If you do enough to justify an o/s grade then say so!

So what if the inspector disagrees with you? shrug and move on.

You know how hard you work... get trumpet blowing :D
