Complaint Forms...

Are they accessible to parents? I thought of putting a copy in childrens daily diary.... I give parents a copy of my complaints policy & procedure at induction but not sure whether to include a complaints form! What do all you lovely ladies do????

I have some in a plastic sleeve on my notice board in my hall.

I have some in my parents folder which is kept with attendance sheets, menus etc so they can be easily accessed if needed :D
