I am just updating some Risk Assessments and wanted to check I haven't forgotten anything, here's what I have:
Risk Assessments for the -

Living room,
Stairs and Landing,
Kitchen,
Cooking with children,
Meal preperation
Bathroom
Garden
Play equipment (toys/craft etc)
Computer
Fire

OUTINGS:

Park,
Library,
On foot,
Car
Schol runs
Farm
Soft play centre
Shopping
Friends house

Sounds like you have pretty much covered it but only you know where you go!:D

With the car one, might you add using public transport?
Do you visit the same park or do you go to other parks (likewise soft plays, children centres, other peoples homes, shops)


Rather than 'farm' I do an 'outings' RA and then it gets more specific for the specific place I am visiting iyswim
