Hi, I'm doing a contract review today. My question is, with the NCMA contracts that cover 4 pages (or is it three, I've forgotten), is it (legally) alright just to get parents to sign my copy or do I need to get them to bring theirs?

Probably best for them to bring theirs as well, purely from the POV that, should there be a contract dispute and the contracts are different you wouldn't have a leg to stand on.

I doubt that you can still read the parents copy as the carbon is lousy!
Why not get the parents to sign yours and photocopy of the whole lot again for them
Are there any notes on the back of the contract page?
