I'm GOOD!!!!!!!

WHOOP WHOOP IM GOOD :D

I have had my first graded inspection today and she was very impressed and she said she wished she could have given me outstanding. She said shes seen things here that other cms who have been minding years dont do and my paperwork is spot on.

She was here 3 hours and for anybody who has their first inspection coming up, dont be nervous (says me who was bricking it) its really not that bad, as others told me :laughing:

Bottle of wine tonight me thinks :D

She said that is its my first inspection since registering i cant get outstanding but I have all the qualities and even if I do what im doing now in 3 years I will get it :D

Well done on getting your grading. It sounds as if you're doing a fab job.

I have to be honest though, I would be querying why she couldn't give you outstanding on a first inspection. That's jusy rubbish! There are plenty of minders on here who have got outstanding first time out. If she really couldn't fault anything, she could have, and should have, given you outstanding now.
