hi all, i been trying to lose weight now for 10weeks. the weight is coming off but really need to try and get some off my legs now.

i have lost 21lb in the 10weeks which im really pleased with.

amazing loss hon, that's at least 2lbs per week. :clapping: :clapping: I can recommend zumba for toning the legs :thumbsup:

Thanks all I live a small village and zumba is at the wrong times for me to get but hoping to either start aqua zumba or swimming.

Not been following any plan really. Just been cutting down on the calories intake. and walking a bit more.

I joined ww online at the weekend as i have got a stone of baby weight to loose, she is 9 months now so its about time i got off my bum and loose it, its not going anywhere while im sat down lol !!

thanks everyone. i have never been able to stick to it for more then a few weeks before, think the will power has totally kicked in xx

Wow, well done you! I have decided to start today, so far I have exercised and had a low calorie lunch, I'm going to do the same as you and not follow a plan but be sensible, I only cheat on the plans anyway! Well done and keep it up! :clapping:
