what% to take off accounts?

can anyone help

at moment i am only working 8hrs a week im trying to do my books and cant figure out what % i need for my water, kight heating etc??

part time is 20% but that 20hrs so what would only 8hrs be????

If the link doesn't work its the factsheet produced by HMRC for childminders which you can google. It breaks it down and gives the amount for 10 hours, which is the closest.
