Hi,
I know this may be a little cheeky and i apologise:blush:
But wondered if anyone has i summary sheet that they use to pass on to nurserys? And possibly some tips on what to put!! :blush:
I use the ages and stages assessment sheets to keep track of the childrens progress here but thats too much information to copy onto a summary sheet.
This is the first time i have had to work in partnership with nursery so want to get it right!!
Im copying handouts and newsletters for the lj and currently attending their rhyme time workshop but any other ideas would be appreciated!!
