hello

I had my pre reg visit monday I was so nervous over nothing !! lol

I have been giving my amount which is 3

I have 3 girls ages 2,4,6 and my 4 year old and 6 go full time school

my question is am I able to have or ask ofsted if I can have more children while they are at school if they are only term time?

Your own children count in your numbers (whether they are at school or not) so that is why you are only registered for 3.

As miffy says unfortunetly just because they are at school they still count in your numbers so ofsted wont grant you more while they are there. You have to consider sickness days, school closures etc.

Because 2 of of your children are at full time school you can have 3 under 8 or which 2 can be under 5 and 1 under 1 PLUS your own children.
