South Glos risk assessment

Just trying to do risk assessments for the first time... ARRRGGGHHH!
I can see from previous threads that the South Glos one's are good to use, but is it acceptable to print them and complete them? Just concerned that it includes their letter head.
I've tried looking for risk assessments on the NCMA website as well - but struggling to find them...

The south glos ones are fine to use, even with the letter head, Ofsted commented on my thorough risk assessments! They are really easy to use.

Using information from other sources is good practice... however make sure you add things to them to show you have thought it through rather than just copied something from someone else which is not relevant to your house/ garden / outings etc.

I use the South Glos ones and have adapted them to my setting. They still have South Glos on them though. Credit where credit is due and all that. :thumbsup:

I had my inspection a couple of weeks ago and the inspector said she had never seen such good and comprehensive RAs. I got outstanding in that area. :clapping:

Hi JenJen Im trying to get my head around these risk assesments too. Ive tried to access South Glos for risk assesments but it keeps putting me back onto the childminding forem, Did you have any luck accessing them? thanks paula x

i used theirs but my clever husband did some computor wizard stuff and now they have my heading on and all my own personal risks in and their not relevent ones not in.couldnt tell you how he did it.his hands were just a blurr....
