yearly risk asses help

hi

ive been told i need to do a more informed yearly risk assesment,
my daily one is good but she said my yearly one needs to be more indepth??

anyone got any ideas what to include other than the basics or if there is a sample i can downlaod from somewhere and rejust to my needs?

Your main risk assessments should cover everything a child comes into contact with... in the house, in the garden and on outings.

This includes toys and games, rooms in which the children play, emergency RA etc.
