Hi All :)
Just getting my paperwork ready for my visit monday and wanted to know if this is acceptable :
Using the bromley Risk Assesment as a guide I have changed the collums to days of the week and added a week ending collum and any actions needed collum , this will be my daily check list I will initial by each area Ive checked and make a note at end if anything needs changing .
In my folder I will have a Risk Assesment that covers same areas but has a collum for possible risks and Actions ?
What do u think ?
