Hi, an adhoc contract is for when you look after children but not for regular hours each week. One of my mindee's was on adhoc hours and his mum used to call me when she needed care, one week I could have him almost full time and other weeks I wouldn't see him at all. I just used my normal contact instead of a special one. Hope that helps Hx

thank you. thats just the answer i was looking for. i may potentially be taking on 2 new mindees and they will both have adhoc contracts.

I also get adhoc parents to sign to say that they understand that I can only take their child if I have a space available. I have some very ad-hocs.
