Difference between two registers?

One of the pre reg questions. I know you have to do eyfs with eyr but are there any other differences, paperwork alllooks the same to me

Hi

There are a couple of differences between the registers -

Early years register you can leave children with an assistant (with parents permission) but you can't leave children who are on the childcare register with an assistant.

You don't need to have written policies and procedures on the early years register but you do on the childcare register.
