cany anyone give me some advice? I know you fill this document in for all children birth to 5? Just wondered if people highlight when a statement achieved? Or if you date it and if anyone has a good copy or sheet they have made they wouldnt mind sharing? Getting a bit confused?

I use dates - Ofsted don't like tick lists.

There are some ideas for development matters forms in free downloads at the top of the forum :D

I use dates too - much easier to show progression if you have the date things have been achieved
