Hi all

Just starting up and just had my first parent visit. She possibly needs me to look after her 3 year old and 7month old full time for 6 months, fingers crossed.

When it comes to nappy changing do you have to wear gloves every time, if so where do you purchase them from cheaply?? Do they have to be particular ones incase of allergies with babies?

Thanks

Are you in England or Scotland?

In England it is good practice to wear gloves - vinyl to guard against allergies - but not statutory.

In Scotland I understand that it is a requirement.

I think you will find a lot of childminders wear them for poos but not wees.

Hth :D
