I'm thinking of doing an outdoor display and I'm wanting to put some posters onto the children's play house. Am I ok to staple these on? Or would Ofsted disapprove?

Any advice please. x

Ofsted should not have a problem with you using a stapler.

If in doubt......... write a risk assessment:rolleyes:

do you intend it to be an interactive display? if so, i would use heavy duty velcro strips.
if it's to be a permanent feature then i would probably use double sided tape. if the play house is wooden incidentally, then heavy duty velcro strips work fine for that too :)

if you use staples - put a note on outdoor risk assessment - check all staples are in place prior to outdoor play

I'd go for the velcro.

If you do go for staples, add it to your risk assessment AND make sure you don't staple through the paper bit, if needs be, cut out a rectangular shape before laminating and then staple through the laminate, otherwise, rain will soak the paper on the inside of the laminate.

I hope this makes sense.????
