I sent of my forms last month already and still havent had a call from Inspector for visit. I keep on phoning OFSTED and at first they kept on saying that they waiting on Social Services report to come back ( I thought that you could get after visit) and they keep on saying that I havent been assigned an Inspector and that they will make send a message to Team Manager and will make it a priority. that was almost 2 weeks ago and I phone everyday. On Friday I finally had a call but just from someone to apologise as they picked up an error on their side and still have not been assigned an inspector. I am going on holiday next week and thought it would be nice for inspector to come out before and I wont have to sit at home waiting for certificates and things to come back and booked a 3 week holiday to SA instead.
Im just so frustrated now, dont know what else to do to get the ball rolling
