I had my policies and procedures done and a risk assessment of the house. Inspector didn't want to see either, she said those are for the next visit. We went through the questions in the 'preparing for visit booklet' so make sure you have done that:) I think it is a good idea to do the risk assessment as it will make it easier for you to explain what safety measures you plan to put into place when showing the inspector around the house:)

just waiting for mrs o now , i have had 4 lots of parents contact me all ready and one is a yes for 2 children
how long will i have to wait for her to come been ready with all the paper work for 2 weeks now

Mine came about 4 weeks after I submitted the application but it seems to really vary. Hope she comes soon:)

I submitted the application at the end of june
just got to wait now :angry:
think i will give them a call this week
