Planning Help PLeeeese!!

O.K!!! I have finally found a method of recording observations that fits in to my day.....Now,planning!I have a new boy(12 Months) and for the last month i have been observing and recording his play,i have followed through his next steps straight away(this is recorded in my own diary,and evidenced on his obs form) & will do a planned activity on a specific development area each week this will be recorded on an activity planning form, so do i need to do any more planning for him at this age?
I have attached a sample obs form as i'm sure i'm waffling on..it might make things clearer...Any advice would be appreciated!

You are doing plenty for a child of that age.

The re-written Eyfs (next year) will focus on PSED, PD and the CL bits of the current CLL so those are definitely what are considered the most important areas of a little one's learning and development.
