Which risk assessment for variation confused?

hi all, im applying for a variation and on the form it states included a risk assessment? im just wondering which risk assessment to included or to do a risk assessment up ? if so what should i include don it?

Im doing a variation for continuity of care for a sibling and to allow 2 under 1 years on the days needed.

Any help would be appricated.

We have variations, but did not include any R/A just explained how we would deal with 2 under 1's (ie equipment etc )

I have just got my variation and I dont remember it saying risk assesment:huh:

I included loads of information like how many high chairs I have, where would they sleep, what buggies I had, which toddler groups I would take them too.

I was told the more information you include the better.

I just wrote about what I thought would be the possible risks and how would keep children safe - ie getting 4 in and out of car.

I did not do a seperate risk assessment
