I am looking to buy for toddlers and pre-school age, can anyone recommend any?

My lot use online games - puzzle pirates, meddy bumps, Nick Junior, CBeebies etc :D

we use on-line games too, we use some from nursery ed, cbeebies and cartoon network for the older ones. :thumbsup:

We use online games like cbeebies, disney junior & nick jr. We also use website that they have used in skol. Of course all been checked out by me first:laughing: How the heck am I supposed to know how to play these things if I haven't had a go myself:laughing:

The 'jump ahead' series is brilliant. It is very cheap. Just check your computer is the right spec. Also brittanica do a lovely reading tree package, also very low cost.
Kids software is very cheap and is often better and more in-depth than little online games.

i find that sites such as cbeebies and cbbc aren't updated enough. it's the same old games month in month out....yawn....
for old kids i use word shark and number shark by Whitespace and for little ones i have reader rabbit. each one creates a profile for each child so when we log on, it takes us to their current level and pitches activities to their level
