Hi,
I haven't been on here in a while, I registered in December but struggled to find work in my area. I am due to go through my first contract with a parent next week for the child to start full time in October. I also have a temp contract which is only 1 afternoon a week for 6 weeks from end july to the end of august.
I feel like I have forgotten what to do!!! Paperwork wise that is!
Am I forgetting anything?
For each child...
Contract
permission forms
policies and procedures understood and signed
All about me booklet
daily diary
learning journey
In General
Yearly Risk assessment
daily RA on house
Risk assessment for each outings....how often do I do these and review them?, each day/week??
My support childminder suggested a little note book for outings to jot down any risks that I notice to then use in my RA's. Is this a good idea?
Accounts book
Invoices/receipts
Attendance register
Emergency details to carry around and first aid kit
Medical/accident book
Minds gone blank............................
