Its DH's birthday tomorrow and we went out for a meal to celebrate tonight. While we were there he told me it wasn't really about his birthday, he needed to give me my pressie early ( I turn 40 next month). I was a bit bemused to say the least, but he presented me with an envelope and inside was a ticket for a hot air balloon ride :clapping: :clapping: :clapping:
Im going to do it in Cornwall when we go camping next month and cant wait! Have done it before (almost 20 yrs ago :eek:) and have always said Id love to do it again and now I can :D He only bought a ticket for me as didnt want me to think he was doing it as he wanted to do it (I did it before I met him), daft beggar, but Ive insisted we buy another as I want him to come too so we can share the experience :thumbsup:
Then when we got home he has poured me a lovely glass (or 3) of bubbly :D
