Reviewing policies

Hiya!

I need to start reviewing my policies now but just wondered how you all mostly do it? Do I really need to print them off again? I've got the date they were written and the review date on the bottom of every one but can I just write on that they have been reviewed and the next review date unless something has changed and then I would print a new one obviously!

If there is no change just note the date of the review on each page. If you need to change them then yes I would print the up-to-date version to go in your folder and give the parents the updated version.

If I do this I print a signature sheet for the parents to sign to confirm they have had the updated version.
