Lumps, bumps and glands

Hi. Can anyone help please?

I have managed to spook myself over the past couple of days! :blush: I have a lump on the back of my neck - it is the size of a marble, about an inch from the base of my skull and about an inch and a half to the right of my spine.

Does anyone know lumps, bumps and glands? I don't want to go to the doctor and waste their time (and mine) if it is just a gland! I dont' have any other glands up anywhere else and feel fine and healthy!

With lumps etc I would get it checked out Hun x

Id go and get it checked out!! My husband found a lump in his neck and it turned out to be something serious. I think its always best to be safe thn sorry. Sorry to sound soo horrid :/ its may just be a glad but always best to chek it out :)

i would go the doctors and get it checked, you are not wasting his time thats what they are there for

Glands are at the sides of your neck... lumps on the back need to be checked out by a doc.

Get yourself an appointment asap xx

get it checked hon but ds suffers from tonsillitis and impetigo and often has glads pop up in weird places on his neck - all over and quite painful but best checkd out.:)

I would get it checked out... even if your glads are up for some time.... i had a lump in my neck well my glads and it turn out to be hodgkins lymphoma :( im in remission now tho.

I saw my GP this morning.

She has sent me for blood tests as my 2 glands have been 'up' for such a long time and there is no obvious reason - virus etc -for this. :(

I am now even more worried.:(

sure will be fine hon. my glands were perm. there for years when I was younger with no illness. please try not to worry.

Better to find out what it is & cross whatever bridge you have to, then wait & not get the chance to cross any bridges...try not to worry, it may not be anything to worry about. xxx
