I just did my website my self with free personalised domain for 2 years through getting british business online therefore money could be spent elsewhere on resources and such things.:)
My website is www.eastburnchildminders.co.uk

I also love the fact it can be linked from website. I am going to sign up to it once i get my registration through. I have been waiting forever for my pre visit their is a massive backlog at the moment in west yorkshire

I love your website! How did you do it for free with no adverts? I am looking into doing/getting a website and don't know much about it.

I went through getting british business online and they was offering the free domain i think they will still be doing it. It is a good one as like you say it doesnt have adverts as some are off putting and not relevent. You do have to play around with the features when making it but once you get the hang of it its easy. If you do use it and need some help just msg me and i will be happy to help.:)

I thought this warranted a thread of its own, or your posts will be lost in another thread which is not about websites. :)

Lovely site by the way, and thanks for the link

What a lovely site.

I did my nursing training at Airedale Hospital and your site brought back some lovely memories. xx

Nice website. However, my one concern is that your fees page was a little difficult for me to follow - there is a lot of info. It is probably me because I am tired, though!

Also, the other thing is, it isn't actually clear what your fee is. You talk a lot about what is and isn't included in the fees but I couldn't see a definite answer to the actual cost question most people will have when looking at that page.

In the holiday/sickness part of the fee page, it says you will be charging full fee for your holiday. Just wanted to flag that up in case it was a typo (not saying you shouldn't charge, just that you don't charge for your sickness so it made me wonder).

Hi i will look into the comments thanks about the fees maybe simplifying it but i didnt want to actually put what i charged on the web page dont know if this is a good idea or not but when we was on the pre course we was told that once parents know what your offering then tell them prices. I am actually charging £3.50 not doing lunch etc either.I am charging for my holidays 4 weeks and bank holidays if it falls on their contracted day all at full rate. Most people get paid for there holidays and i dont want to have to worry when i take holidays that ill have no money and i think it is deserved. The parents that i told were happy with this and still signed contracts. I think if parents are happy with the service that you are going to offer it may not always be enough to put them off.
