first Aid Box

Hi, im happy to make my own first aid box check list to add to my risk ass file to show i check dates and replace items used but what i dont seem to find is a list of the contents needed in your first aid box/bag

i know my family one is separate because of tablets etc and every website tells me i need different things as a work place ...

so as a cm what is the recomended amount for our first aid kit many thanks x

When we do our first aid training we are given a list of what we are required to have in it.

I have written a document and sent it to Pauline to put in free downloads.

I can't find it yet I'm not sure she's had time as she is only just back on the internet.
