The best way to get work

I was just wondering what people found was the most effective way of advertising in order to get children. I have advertised on here, in my local shop, childcare.co.uk, my local childrens centre, childminder finder, I've sent my information off to the FIS. I've only been registered nearly 2 weeks but am very eager to start as I've been waiting a long time to register.

I have been registered for 17yrs now and all my work has come through FIS or personal recommendations. :thumbsup:

I read it the same as how do i get TO work ! :eek:

I think lack of sleep is getting to me a bit, our 5 month old still doesnt sleep for more than 2 hours between feeds :( !!!
