hi there, just had ofsted inspection, and all went well, except for our complaint log. We just have a notebook - nothing rcorded in it luckily! Notebook has name of setting and "complaint log" on the front, so parents can record their concerns. Apparently that is no longer enough. We have to have a template which details the complaint, date, action taken and outcome of complaint but no kids or parent details. Inspector said there is an ofsted approved one out there at plymouth.gov.uk, but we cannot find it anywhere! Any ideas?
