Does any know how to access E-forms

Hey,

I got my letter confirming I was registered last Thursday and that an ICT Helpdesk would contact me to advise how to get into e-forms to print a copy of my certificate.

As yet, no call.

I was wondering if it was generic log in, like SCSWIS number for id and date of birth for password?

Any advice would be appreciated.

I will probably need to be more patient and wait for the call I guess, but worth a try!

Hiya, to log in to e-forms you need your SCSWIS number, but they send you your log in number and then you can go in and change it, if you e-mail them it may be quicker :)

Just for anyone that wonders how it went, they phoned me back the next day and set up password over phone and I was able to log in.

However my office has not sent my certificate to the helpdesk, so if not there by Monday (get email alert supposedly) I have to chase them. Feels like all I do :rolleyes:
