My freezer setting is -19

Have you got your instruction book or booklet from food hygiene course? or google it

You want your refrigerator to be cold, but not so cold that it freezes things. The preferred temperature is somewhere between 35 and 38 degrees F (1.7 to 3.3 degrees C). Anything higher and foods will spoil too quickly (it also presents food poisoning problems,). Anything lower and freezing becomes a problem.

Hope this helps

My fridge freezer has a temp display setting on the outside and I have kept them at the factory setting of 3 degrees for fridge and -17 degrees for the freezer.

mine is set to 4 degrees. If I put it lower the food is too cold
