Just make sure you have everything ready and at hand before they arrive as there is nothing worse than looking disorganised.

remember you have worked hard to get where you are so be proud of your setting and all the training you have done and show it off.

Lots of talk about their little one as he/she is the most important thing to them.

Really hope it goes ok and that they decide to go with you :thumbsup:

Have a few toys out for the child to play with and your brochure/paperwork ready for parents to look through.

Parents will probably want to see how you interact with their child. They may not know anything about how childminders work so you might have to explain.

I always give parents a sheet to take away with a little bit about me and my price list - useful prompt for them if they are seeing a lot of childminders.
