Annabel is my neice and like Ian's parents is still trying to come to terms with his death but she too supported them in plea for leniency

Extremely sad, what an utter waste. How brave the family, I don't know if I would be so dignified in such circumstances.
Condolences to you all.

Very sad, it takes very special people to behave as the family have done, they are amazing and you can feel their compassion just from reading what they have said.

That is so sad. The family have tremendous dignity and compassion.

Don't they just. As this is National Childminding Week and the theme is aspiration I have decided to use this article to work with the older children on forgiveness. They very much do a lot of 'tit for tat' always trying to get one the better of each other over really silly things.

What a sad story - these people are obviously dignified in their grief and so compassionate (not sure if I would have been)

I take my hat off to them all.
