Heya

First of all introduce myself. My name is Jo and i am 23 years old i am currently serving in the army but due to leave in september. Even though i am looking to go into nanny work or nursery work i have still found this site really helpful. But i was wondering if anyone else is quitting smoking?

I have smoked on and off for five years and i am hoping to quit before i leave the army as i am so passionate about working with children and i know smoking could hinder my chances of getting a placement and my career.

so far i have stop smoking for two days (which usually i smoke 20 a day)

Thanks

I can highly recommend allan Carr's book 'the easy way to stop smoking'.
