I have an 18 month old son with various allergies including milk. We had been giving him soya milk but recently the allergy consultant told us not to, and prescribed him aptamil pepti formula, which you have to make with boiled water. What do I do about his cereal? He loves his rice krispies for breakfast but he won't want warm milk on them will he. Can I make the formula up in advance and chill it?

Yes I would have thought so, if it chilled in fridge it is perfectly safe. I would asked mum for her opinion though first, on what she would like you to do regarding his breakfast.

Yes :D

My daughter has a cows milk protein allergy & still has Nutramigen Lipil formula now (shes nearly 3) we use it on cereals & teamed up with dairy free butter for baking (i cant tell the taste difference in cakes  )

as long as its used within 24 hours & give it a good stir before pouring as specialist formulas can seperate a bit on standing.

make sure no-one else drinks it though....its VILE!!!!! :(
