Im sat at comp at mo (not a cm yet) catching up with banking stuff and i have magic fm on the tv, i know im a saddo, its nice for abit of background noise, so do u have music on or is it nursery thymes playing or nothing?

i cannot listen to nursery rhymes all day....id be gaga within hours :o to be honest my LOs would rather listen to Tiny tempah :rolleyes:

yes either radio, daytime TV (not in main room but out the way in kitchen).....i think hearing an adult voice keeps me sane! i have to have noise in the background :thumbsup:

We have a bit of everything really, Fun Kids on DAB, Absolute Rock, Classic fm , nursery rhymes cd etc. The tv is on at times, my 3yo watches when tired and we also have times when nothing is on which i think is important.

I don't have background noise on all the time partly because I don't like it and partly because (I'm told) young children can find it hard to distinguish speech sounds if there is a lot of background noise.
