Got a baby sparrow in my airing cupboard!

This morning, one of my cats brought in a baby sparrow- unhurt. We put it in the front garden and kept the cats in all day.
Kept hearing the baby, squaking for it's parents all day.

Anyway, about an hour ago one of the cats brought it back in! Too cold now to put it outside so it can stay in the warm and go outside again.

Hope it survives the night :(

We have a wildlife centre near us and they take in all wild animals and birds.

Been down there many times with mindes and baby birds. Flipping cats ( mine that is ) :rolleyes:

Just updating, sorry, poor little thing died :( Hate this time of year with all the little animals being at the mercy of others.
But that is nature.
