Hi All

Forms sent back crbs sent back. However I have recieved a letter today (Gotta wait till Monday now before I can speak to ofsted) to say following my recent health declaration that they want my permission to seek further advice from their medical screening suppliers.

I have paid out for certain things already and I am not paying out a penny more until I know if they will accept me. I cant afford to loose money if they say NO.

I have now got to wait until Monday before I can speak to someone :(x

Have they asked for more money?

i had to have extra screening & refered to a specialist (PMT & a previous PND) but never had to issue out any more money.

it took 5 weeks for the referal to issue a yes/no answer :o

Im sure everything will be fine  its the waiting that drove me nutty. :o

they passed mine to their screeners too due to previous issues with depression...

I didn't have to pay anything else out

Hi

My health dec was £35.00 so cheap compared to some ppls.

My Lupus effects mainly my skin however I am on tablets so I have no flare up.
I have reg blood tests and blood pressure to monitor my organs. I do get tired but hey what normal parent doesnt.

I had my grandson last nght he woke at 3.30am (hubby and I went to bed at midnight) and still has not been back to sleep. He has been dropped of at my daughters and I am still up playing with my youngest daughter (9 years old).

We have been in the garden and now going to go to the shop to get an ice-cream and when we get back, make some cakes.

so I have had 3 and half hours kip and I have probably got a few more hours left in me yet lol :)

So if they do get funny I will appeal

When I first registered I got referred to their health people about my asthma. I then got a letter a couple of weeks later saying that their was no problem, never had to see anyone or have more checks. They do it to cover themselves in the miniscule event that something ever happened

Feeling a lot better today. After reading some of the posts on here and searching on here I am sure I have nothing to worry about.

I still wont buy more things until I know for sure. :D

Hope it goes through smoothly for you - Ofsted have to cover their backs so they will check the smallest of things, try not to worry.

Really?? I must have had an extremely nice doctor then as he charged me nothing. I can't believe they can justify £70 just for filling out a form which is about YOU! Crazy!

I paid £30 for mine, and even that seemed ridiculous for the amount they wrote on it - must have taken them about 2 minutes to fill it out!

when i took mine to the docs the receptionist said it would be £25 but when i went to collect it she said she had made a mistake and it was £30 at the time that seemed like alot, i wouldnt have paid any more as it didnt even go to the practice it went to the doctor who i feel earns enough.:)
