E105 is a new course so there have been some teething problems. It is all about self reflection and making changes to your everyday practice. I have found it quite challenging as a childminder. I am sure you will be fine.

We have also had to start an evidence folder which then continues to the end of the FDEY.

is it like the EYQISP folder...you evidence everything about your practice

eg bits of your sef, paperwork examples etc?

sorry for third degree
