CRB'S

I sent our CRB's off last week - My fiance's is at stage 4 already, but according to the tracker thing mine still hasnt been received!! Any ideas how long after stage 4??

They get to stage 4 quite quickly however stage 4 is the longest step as its the police search and it goes to the police stations. After two weeks I actually called the police station itself to get it moving.

Hopefully they other will be received soon to.

I got excited and check every day all day!!

I called the CRB people in the end and they said was with police nothing they could do...

My Pre-reg visit was last week and I was getting restless so called police after two weeks and a few days and the man said 'oh yeah they here' lol... he pushed them along and said allow 10 days but they were done the following day.

CRB people told me the police have 4 weeks to turn them around... but give them a couple of weeks and then give a little nudge :)

They vary alot on speed. Mine took 3 weeks and hubbys took 12:rolleyes:

mine took 4 months from stage 4 :rolleyes:

my partners took 2 weeks all together :o but his was done by a different constabulary.
