Childminder to nanny ofsted registration!

Is there anyone out there who was registered as a childminder & then applied for a nanny registration?

If so how long did it take?

And do ofsted make you pay 2 yearly fees one for each?

Hi,

I'm on both. I phoned Ofsted when offered a Nanny job (couldn't get any childminding work) & they made me pay a yearly fee & then just put me straight on.
Do have to pay for both though & I haven't actually done any childminding but don't want to unregister!
