Okay, some I'm trying to get all sorted for when I have my visit, and I want to have together a parent pack as an example of what I will give to new parents, in my head I'm thinking to include these:

- Parents copy of contract
- All About Me form for them to fill in & return about LO
- USB stick with policies & procedures
- Leaflet re working tax credits
- Small brochure (like a scaled down portfolio) with info about me, example activities, example menu, and costs
- Parents emergency card

I'm sure I've missed some really significant things - Can anyone suggest anything that I've missed?? I thought I'd give out my parent pack at the contract signing session..

Is there anything else I should include?

Thanks

How expensive would it be to give out a USB stick every time?

I offer hard copy or emailed versions once contracts are signed and let parents look through a file of them before.

You will find that your pack grows as parents ask you questions and you think of more things to put in but yours sounds good for starters :D

Thanks for your reply!

Luckily I've been given a load of USB sticks which haven't cost me anything so I'll use those up, and then once done I'll just stick them on disc.

I'll see how I go, I just wondered if I'd missed something major!
