So proud of my daughter

Ages ago she wrote a poem as part of a national school competition (Young Writers). We'd forgotten all about it, but I have just had a letter saying that they have chosen her poem as one to be published in the Once Upon a Rhyme 2011 book :clapping: :clapping:

She really dislikes literacy and feels its one of her weaker subjects (its not- she's really good at it I think) so this will be a huge boost for her, and a great way to end her SATS week :D

Time to say blow the diet and treat her to a celebratory chinese tonight I think :clapping: :clapping:
