Just waiting on crbs's when should i start advertising?

Hi Everyone, after a long process of becoming a childminder im just waiting on my crb's to clear..im waiting on 3 in total which have been with ofsted for about 2 weeks. Ive had my first visit to my house already which was all good and required no actions.
Im just wondering on when i should start promoting my business and has anyone got any good ideas on how to promote my business? Ive made business cards already and was just designing postcards to deliver to peoples houses? I will also advertise myself on various websites too. i was also thinking on having my own website.
Any suggestions anyone as got i would love to hear

Hi

You could advertise on a pre-registration basis, BUT crb's are so unpredictable and could take a while as I know well :rolleyes:

I advertised and was lucky enough to have parents wait for me, but this maynot be always the case.
