MM paperwork

does anyone use it?

I have been using NCMA for the past 16 years and since changing to MM for insurance, wondered about their forms - think I will stick to NCMA accounts (unless people tell me MM are simpler!) it was the contract/record forms mainly. Also accident ones - although I have quite a lot of NCMA ones to use first :thumbsup:

I have MM accident forms - they aren't as good as NCMA imo.

THey are double sided so one side is always wasted, they aren't carbonated so you have to photocopy them or use carbon paper and they have a witness box which makes it look like you should have a witness iykwim!

I'll be getting NCMA ones again when these run out!

I use their contracts and accident forms, I use one sheet per child front and back to keep to confidentiality with the accident forms. I only photo copy if parents ask as I also jot down any incidents/accidents in their daily diary. I still use the ncma account book though.
